Marcell Marias produces and performs as Marias in many styles of electronic music: Ambient, Downtempo, House, Breakbeat, and Drum & Bass. He’s been involved in two Grammy-Nominated projects recently: David Miles Huber’s “Colabs” album as a co-writer on one of the tracks and Henta’s “Laserium for the Soul” CD as a co-producer. He is also soundtrack composer and a sound designer with several film and video credits and strives to make cinematic/visual music. He has recently become the first artist to be featured on Vortexya, a website for Modern Visual Music.
This Nimbit player features Cosmic Tongue, the latest release from Marias. Cosmic Tongue is a musical translation of the universal language that whispers into our subconscious ears. The results take shape as ethereal soundwaves, galloping rhythms, fluttering strings and turbulent currents. This is liquid, crystalline, vaporous and intoxicating music for thirsty heads.
